Notice: Cloak & Invitation Collection for 21st Convocation Ceremony – 2026

Attention all Diploma Eligible Students,

Please be informed of the following arrangements regarding the collection of attire and materials for the upcoming 21st Convocation Ceremony – 2026.

The Cloaks, Garlands, Invitation Cards, and Instruction forms will be available for collection at HNDE COLOMBO.

Collection Schedule

• Dates: 12th May 2026 to 20th May 2026

• Time: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Office Hours)

• Days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding Sundays)

Mandatory Requirement: Employability Survey

Before arriving to collect your cloak, you must log in to the Student Management System (SMS) and complete the Employability Survey.

SMS Login Instructions:

• Link: http://student.sliate.ac.lk/

• Username: Your Student Registration Number

• Password: The password already assigned to you in the system.

  • Note for First-Time Logins: If you have not previously logged in or have not changed your password, please use your Student Registration Number as the default password.

Important Reminder

Please bring your Record Book with you when you come to collect your items. You will not be able to collect your cloak and invitation without it.
